Adventures in Photography Ltd. is a premier destination; portrait, wedding, special event, and corporate photographer based in Banff National Park, celebrating 15 years of successful operation. John Stewart has a working relationship with the Canadian Rockies region of Alberta and British Columbia. John has traveled to towns and cities from; Edmonton to the north, Waterton Lakes to the south, Saskatoon to the east and Vancouver to the west .

We provide services for all types of clients in the most flexible way; from the basic portrait to hard deadline events for the Federal Government.  All of our packages are built with flexibility in mind for our clients without downgrading the quality we are known for. No matter where your venue may be our approach is coverage first, and paper second with the Environmental Foot Print always in mind.

Over the last 20 years John Stewart has photographed; countless celebrities visiting the region, events such as Canada West Market Place and Rendezvous Canada with Lee Simmons in 2004 and 2005. John was the exclusive photographer for Ski Banff / Lake Louise's Ski Big 3 program in 2005 and was recently chosen to photographed the Federal Minsters of Labour during their retreat at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in January of 2009. Jonathan Welsh, owner of the award winning operation Discover Banff Tours has been a long term client over the last decade with Adventures in Photography Ltd. for the very reason that the images of John Stewart sell the best for his clients needs.
